 “If we’re on time, we’re late”.   Company policy dictates that each chauffeur must arrive at the assigned pick up location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time.

“Should any of our vehicles arrive late for a scheduled pick up, where circumstances were not beyond our control, the trip cost, or $100, whichever is the lesser amount, will be credited to the client.”
