Terminal A - closed

Terminal B
Alaska Airlines, America West, American (domestic), American Eagle, ATA, Delta Shuttle, Frontier, Midway Airlines, Quantas, US Airways, US Airways Shuttle.

Limousine stands located on upper level.

When you arrive you are on upper level. Baggage claim is located on the lower level. If you have no baggage please proceed outside to Limousine Stand where your chauffeur will be waiting with a sign with your name on it. If you do have baggage you must return to the upper level and follow the above instructions.

Terminal C
Air France (dep.), Air Jamaica (dep.), Cape Air, Continental, Delta Airlines, Delta Express, Midwest Express, Swiss (dep.), United Airlines

Terminal C is currently under construction. The Limousine Stand has been relocated to central parking. There is an elevated walkway from the terminal to central parking. The Limousine Stand is located on the upper level at the end of the walkway, and your chauffeur will be waiting for you with the sign.

Terminal E
Northwest Airlines, All Internationals Arrivals

Exit the terminal and take a right. Go to the end of the last crosswalk and your chauffeur will be waiting for you with a sign

In the event you fail to make contact with your chauffeur please contact us at 1-800-844-0696. And the on-duty dispatcher will advise the chauffeur, and direct him/her to you.
