A 20% Service fee and 14% STC fee based on the fare, stop time and wait time will be added to your bill.  All Incidental charges, including two way tolls, parking and airport fees will be added to your bill. Stops en route are charged at the rate of $15.00.  A 5% fuel surcharge will be added to your bill during the time that the national average price of gallon of fuel is in excess of $2.00 per gallon.  Waiting time after ten minutes is charged in fifteen-minute units at the hourly rate. For trips originating at Airports, C. E. O. Transportation offers a waiting period of 30 minutes after the actual arrival time of Domestic Flights and 45 minutes for International Flights at no charge. If additional time is requested it will be charged at the applicable rate.  A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% service fee, and 14% STC fee will be charged for any cancellation made less than 2 hour prior to the scheduled pick-up time, or if vehicle has already been dispatched and is on route.  There is a 12 hour cancellation policy on National reservations, International reservations, specialty vehicles, and Limousine Coaches require 24 hours notice of cancellation.  A NO SHOW fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% service fee, and 14% STC including applicable waiting time, will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive.  A $40 holiday surcharge, based on fare, stop time and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on the following Holidays: New Year's Day; President's Day; Memorial Day; Fourth of July; Labor Day; Thanksgiving;    Christmas Day; New Year's Eve. Airport transferees between the hours of midnight and 6am are subject to a $20.00 surcharge
